Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is superb, next to the park and ideal for events like our company Christmas party. The rooms, though spacious, suffered from noise and had limited natural light. Despite some noise issues and a less-than-ideal room layout, the overall stay was enjoyable. The service, despite some coldness upon check-out, was overall very helpful and kind. The location is excellent, especially for gatherings and events nearby, but lacks a dedicated business lounge. The dining experience was satisfying, offering a generous buffet spread. The hotel's facilities were well-appointed and clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. The price was reasonable for the value offered.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while big and stylish, had a strong smell that was consistent across different rooms. The service was generally good, with helpful and professional staff, but marred by an unpleasant experience of a staff member getting angry and causing a scene. The location was excellent for visiting Ludwigsburg but could be challenging to reach from Stuttgart airport during hot weather. The dining experience offered a wide range of dishes, albeit with some pricey options in the morning. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, except for the issue with the smell in the rooms.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, though clean and spacious, lacked some basic comforts like a narrow bed, no extra blanket, and no drinking glass. On the bright side, the room was big, nice, and overall clean. The service was excellent, with very helpful and competent staff. The location was convenient for my needs, although a bit far from the center. The dining options, while a bit overpriced, offered generous and good-quality meals. Facilities were up to standard but nothing extraordinary.
